Copyright and Intellectual Property

Copyright in all original artwork created by Lane Ross-Sheffield remains with Lane Ross-Sheffield unless expressly transferred or licensed through a separate written agreement signed by the artist or his authorized representative.

Purchase of an original physical artwork transfers ownership of the physical object after payment in full. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction, licensing, publishing, merchandising, digital, advertising, artificial-intelligence training, or other commercial-use rights.
