RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Final Sale

All original artwork, commissioned artwork, reserved in-process artwork and other one-of-a-kind works purchased from LRS Gallery are final sale.

LRS Gallery does not accept returns or exchanges and does not provide refunds for changes of mind, concerns regarding scale after purchase, changes in decorating plans or differences between an artwork’s appearance in person and its appearance on a screen.

Original Artwork Characteristics

Each artwork is handmade and may include visible texture, brushwork, surface variation, irregularities and other characteristics inherent to the artist’s materials and creative process. These characteristics are part of the artwork and are not considered defects.

Color may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen calibration and display settings. Buyers are encouraged to request additional photographs or information before purchasing.

Cancellations

Orders for completed original artwork cannot be canceled after the artwork has entered packing, crating or shipping preparation.

Commissions are governed by the signed commission contract and the Commission and Artwork Reservation Terms. Commission payments are non-refundable once the contract has been signed and payment has been accepted, except where otherwise stated in the signed contract or required by law.

Deposits used to reserve in-process artwork are non-refundable.

Packing, crating, insurance, handling and shipping expenses already incurred are non-refundable.

Shipping Loss or Damage

Transit loss or damage is handled under the Shipping and Delivery Policy and is not considered a standard return.

The buyer must preserve the artwork and all original packaging, document the condition of the shipment and contact LRS Gallery within 48 hours. Artwork may not be returned without written authorization.

LRS Gallery will reasonably assist with an eligible carrier or insurance claim but cannot guarantee claim approval or payment.

Incorrect or Materially Misdescribed Artwork

If LRS Gallery sends an incorrect artwork or the artwork is materially inconsistent with its published description, the buyer must contact contact@lrsgallery.com promptly and before returning the artwork.

LRS Gallery will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution when warranted.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
